SDF 40NB 6 Merge Cut Tool

This 3D printed cut tool is designed to help you get your merges perfect every time. The tool is designed to take an M8 bolt & nut to secure the 48.3mm x 3.2mm pipe in the tool. Start with a 115mm length of pipe and use the top plane to mark a trim line or leave it full length and cut to suit after assembly of the merge. Offset between the saw blade and cut tool is 1mm but you can play with the offset amount to produce a fit that suits you.
